Airport handover fee by region
The airport handover fee is one-way and differs by city
If you pick the car up at the airport, an airport handover fee is added on top of the rental. It is a one-way amount, so picking up and returning at the airport is counted twice. The booking screen charges exactly the amounts in this table.

Self-drive handover runs 08:00-22:00 (Vietnam time)
- Handover and return times are chosen in 30-minute steps between 08:00 and 22:00 (Vietnam time).
- Same-day bookings are accepted only up to 6 hours before pickup. Any later and the time slots close on screen.
- Only dates within 3 months from today are open for booking.

Instead of the airport you can take the car in front of the hotel you are staying at. In Nha Trang, Da Nang, Phu Quoc there is no extra charge for delivery or collection; only the regions below add a dispatch fee once per booking.

Meet at the arrivals gate
A staff member waits at the arrivals gate holding a name sign. Leave your flight number and we adjust even if the flight is delayed.

Document check and contract
You show your passport, Korean driver's license and International Driving Permit and sign the contract. The 3,000,000 VND deposit is paid at this point.

Exterior check
You check scratches and dents together and take photos. This prevents disputes at return.

Check the controls, then set off
Check that the fuel gauge, air conditioning, lights and navigation all work, then drive off.
