What we collect during booking and support, what we use it for, and how long we keep it.
In three lines
At booking we collect your name, mobile number, email (optional) and booking details, and use them only for the booking, confirmation, support and the voucher.
We never store your full card number or PIN. Contract and payment records are kept for 5 years as the law requires.
You can ask to view, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, through the KakaoTalk channel or by email.
When a booking is received, we may collect your name, mobile number, email (optional), and booking details (schedule and location).
For card payments we receive and store the approval number, card issuer name, masked card number, approval time and amount from our payment gateway (KG Inicis). The Company never stores the full card number or password.
During consultation we may confirm additional information needed for vehicle assignment and usage guidance.
The collected information is used to receive bookings, send booking confirmations, provide customer support, and issue vouchers.
It is not used beyond the scope needed to confirm booking conditions and assign a local partner vehicle.
After a booking is completed, contract and payment records are kept for 5 years in accordance with relevant laws such as e-commerce law.
On membership withdrawal, information is destroyed without delay except where retention is required by law.
To assign a vehicle, we may provide minimal information such as name, contact, and schedule to the local partner.
The information provided is used only for booking fulfillment, such as vehicle handover, return, and on-site consultation.
You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal data and withdraw consent via the KakaoTalk channel or email.
Upon receiving a request, we verify your identity and then guide you on the necessary measures under relevant laws.

After your payment is confirmed, we send a driver registration link. Just register your license and the required details there.
