What to do after an accident
- 1
Do not move the vehicle. Leave the scene as it is and notify our team and the local insurer immediately, even for a minor scrape.
- 2
Repairing, dismantling or moving the vehicle before the insurer inspects it voids both the insurance payout and the guarantee. If you must move it for safety, photograph the scene first.
- 3
Reporting late can lead the insurer to refuse payment or limit its share.
- 4
Loss of use is calculated as the days the car cannot be rented multiplied by its daily rate. The guarantee covers up to 3 days; anything beyond that is on the customer.
- 5
If you notice a problem with the vehicle, stop driving and contact our team and the local partner from a safe location.
