Vietnam Car Rental Cancellation Policy
Here is how cancellation and refunds work at each stage, from booking request to confirmation.
Cancellation before payment
There is no cancellation fee at the booking-request stage. You can cancel anytime via My Page or the KakaoTalk channel.
Refund terms after payment

No-show
A no-show means not appearing at the pickup location after the pickup time without prior arrangement and being unreachable.
The rental is no longer available once 3 hours have passed from the pickup time.
Flight-cancellation refund
If you submit a flight cancellation certificate via the KakaoTalk channel on the pickup day, you receive a 100% refund.
Non-refundable cases
If you do not carry your driver’s license, passport, and International Driving Permit, pickup is refused and nothing is refunded, including the deposit.
No refund is given in the case of a no-show (not arriving after the booked time).
Refund processing
Refunds are processed to the account you paid from within 3–5 business days.
