If the hotel name or phone number is not exact, our staff cannot reach you at the booked time. Use the official name from your hotel confirmation.
Changing the return time on the day
Hand the key to our staff at your hotel. Tell us a day ahead if the return time changes.
Changing the return location on your own
Changing the return location may incur an extra fee, so it needs to be arranged in advance.

Choose airport pickup, delivery to your hotel or a visit to our office in the booking form. For hotel delivery, just give the hotel name and we bring the car there.
Is there a fee for hotel delivery?
No fee in Nha Trang, Da Nang and Phu Quoc. In Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi a single fee of ₩21,300 per booking covers delivery and collection. It does not apply to motorbikes, cars with driver or monthly rentals.
Where do I return the car?
Hand the key to our staff at your hotel. Tell us a day ahead if the return time changes.
