Refund by cancellation time
The time you cancel decides the refund
The basis is the time left until the rental (pickup) start time. If you cancel within 1 hour of booking, you get a full refund even when pickup is imminent; after that it decreases as shown in the table below.

When there is no refund
Two cases with no refund, whatever the timing
- Missing driver’s license, passport, or International Driving Permit
- No-show (not arriving after the booked time)
License documents must be the originals, not copies or photos. If a document is missing at handover, the car cannot be released and it is treated as a cancellation.
How to cancel
You can cancel right on the booking lookup screen

Open the booking in My bookings
Find the booking you want to cancel from the link in your voucher or in your booking list.

Check the refund amount
The screen calculates and shows how much comes back if you cancel now, using the table above.

Confirm the cancellation
The refund amount shown on screen is exactly what is processed as the payment cancellation. The amount on screen and the actual refund never differ.
