Picking up

Meet at the arrivals gate
Phu Cat Airport
Our staff waits at the arrivals gate holding a name sign. Leave your flight number and we adjust to any delay.

Documents and contract
Show your passport, home licence and IDP, then sign the rental contract. The deposit is paid here.

Check the exterior
Inspect scratches and dents together and take photos. It prevents disputes at return.

Check functions and go
Check the fuel gauge, air conditioning, lights and navigation before you set off.
Returning

Refuel
Return with the same fuel level as at pickup. Keep the receipt.

Tidy up
Remove rubbish and make sure nothing is left behind.

Non-refundable cases
- ·Missing driver’s license, passport, or International Driving Permit
- ·No-show (not arriving after the booked time)
- ·To change dates, car class or coverage after confirmation, cancel and book again.
- ·Late pickup or early return does not refund the unused period.
- ·No refund if handover is refused for missing licence or passport, or not meeting the age requirement.
Driving licence required
You must carry your home-country driver’s license, an International Driving Permit (IDP), and your passport at pickup.
Without the license and passport the car will not be handed over, and the deposit is not refunded.
Deposit 3,000,000 VND
- A deposit of 3,000,000 VND is paid when you pick up the car.
- It is refunded immediately at return if there is no damage or extra charge.
- If there is any speeding or traffic violation, it is refunded within up to 30 days.
Using the car
No smoking in the vehicle
A cleaning fee may apply if smoking is detected.
Keep the vehicle clean
A cleaning fee may apply if excessively soiled.
Refuel before return
Return at the fuel level you received the vehicle.
No off-road driving
Driving off paved roads is restricted.
Vehicles may be fitted with a location-tracking device for safety and anti-theft.
Car photos are for reference. A similar car of the same class may be assigned and colour cannot be chosen.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. You must bring your home licence, an IDP and your passport, all physical. Without any one of them the car is not handed over and there is no refund.
