Non-refundable cases

- ·No-show (not arriving after the booked time)
- ·To change dates, car class or coverage after confirmation, cancel and book again.
- ·Late pickup or early return does not refund the unused period.
- ·No refund if handover is refused for missing licence or passport, or not meeting the age requirement.
Driving licence required
For models over 50cc you must carry an International Driving Permit (category A) and your passport.
Without the license and passport the car will not be handed over, and the deposit is not refunded.
Using the car
No smoking in the vehicle
A cleaning fee may apply if smoking is detected.
Keep the vehicle clean
A cleaning fee may apply if excessively soiled.
Refuel before return
Return at the fuel level you received the vehicle.
No off-road driving
Driving off paved roads is restricted.
Vehicles may be fitted with a location-tracking device for safety and anti-theft.
Car photos are for reference. A similar car of the same class may be assigned and colour cannot be chosen.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. You must bring your home licence, an IDP and your passport, all physical. Without any one of them the car is not handed over and there is no refund.
